How to configure filter in SPW

Hi Community,

I have a requirement to display a custom-created field called 'Plan Item' in the Personalize Columns panel and list filter on the Investment (Demand/Project) list view, but it is currently not showing up.

What I've done:
- Created a custom field 'Plan Item' on the table
- The field is visible on the form (Details tab)
- However, when I search for it in the Personalize Columns panel (searching 'Plan'), the field does not appear in the results — only the OOB Planning-related fields show up

Questions:
1. Why is the custom field not appearing in the Personalize Columns panel and in filter?
2. What configuration is needed to make it available in the list column personalizer and filters?

your screenshot are impossible to read, they are taken with low resolution and very blurred... would you mind reuploading them better?

 

Regarding your question, any field on the table shall be selectable in the filters - custom or ootb.

What you can check is to 1) review whether your field is created in the correct table. 2) whether the user who tries to add it has the correct permissions (ACL) and/or 3) to check the Name x Label of the field.

 

Is it just one user who cannot see that field? What's their role, an admin can see it?

see if you need to add that field to any of the view (e.g. APW Prioritization) on the table: sn_align_core_plannin
