I have created below 2 operational resource assignments for a resource. I am unable to see those in the resource management workspace. Is there something that I am missing?
These are the two operational resource assignments that I created. They are created for 8th Aug. and 02 Sept. respectively. Please refer to the screenshot below.
The resource management workspace however, does not reflect these operational resource assignments.
As you can see, the resource card timeline is also within the range of operational resource assignments.
If the resource assignments show under the unassigned task pane, could you please let me know what the filter should be, I tried the below filter, but no results come up.
@Namita Mishra could you please offer some help here? Thank you!
Regards,
Pranav Thanedar

We are having the same issue.
We made an assignment then got sick of trying to figure it out, came back a few days later and it was there.
So there is possibly some scheduled job that does it, however, we have no idea currently what it would be. It's also very difficult to find answers.

It could be because you have selected "Time off", which will deduct the hours from the Capacity. If you select "Out of Office" you should be able to see this as the Capacity will remain the same, as once allocated the hours will be taken off the Availability not the Capacity.

That really makes it feel like "Time off" is redundant then. The "Time off" blocks you from consuming the user for that period of time, but doesn't "display". A resource management workspace feels kind of pointless when you can't see that a resource is busy, or "why". Out of office also feels inappropriate for the use case.
