I am looking for Demand Management Documentation like PPT, Excel  and Demand Management Notifications (is there any OOTB notifications)can anyone please help me sharing the document.

Hi @khajavalis ,

OOB ServiceNow does not provide any notifications related to SPM (including project, demand, idea, resource). You need to build custom notification as per your requirement.

Hello @khajavalis,

I can confirm that there’s only one out-of-the-box (OOTB) notification “Additional Assignee List changed”, which is configured on the Task table. There aren’t any notifications specifically for Demand records.
