Have enabled the "Identify Similar Demands" Ui action on Demand form, trying to understand how it works, because i can see that demands are having same name/description still not appearing under "similar demands" through "Identify Similar Demand" search. Could anyone please help me to understand the search scenarios or guide where to check the configurations ?
Thanks in advance!!!
Regards,
Kumar

hi @skumar_srbh
We do a semantic search to find similar demands.
The short description, description, and business case are concatenated and used as the input for semantic search. Only results with a semantic similarity score above 85% are returned as candidate matches.
If a result looks incorrect — or if a demand you'd expect to see is missing — first confirm that the relevant demands have actually been indexed. Only records from the last 5 years are eligible for indexing, so anything older will never surface regardless of relevance.
Check indexing: you can navigate to indexed source and find the record named "demand", in the related list, you will see indexing history.
