Loading test scripts into Test Management 2.0

Hello,
We've just learned that we need to get all of our Jira/Xray test cases into Test Management 2.0. I'd like to build a template in Excel to export all the test cases to, then upload them all into Test Manager 2.0. I don't see a template on the Doc's site, so I'm wondering if anyone has one they can share, or know the fields that I absolutely must have in a template so that I can ensure the upload goes smoothly.

Hello,
What you could do is to get a template from the table, by right clicking in the header of the table (list view) you want to import data to.
You will then get the option to "Create Excel Template" that you could use.
However, may depend a bit on your case, how your data looks today and how you want this to end up in ServiceNow. The Test Management v2 uses test steps within a test version thats related to the Test.

Thanks so much Christian, that's a great solution. Now I just need to figure out which of the 100 tables actually hold the test script info. 🙂 Any hints? I'm pouring through the documentation but haven't found a magic bullet yet.
