New Button for Goals in SPW workspace

Hi All,

I'm seeing new button in Goals list in SPW workspace, clicking on it will create a new goal. All the lists like strategic plans, strategic priorities have new button. I could not find them in declarative actions, if I need to edit the new button functionality where do I need to make changes?
