No "Open Workspace" Option for Demands in Strategic Planning Workspace

Hi Community,

I'm working in the Strategic Planning Workspace in ServiceNow, and I noticed something inconsistent:

  • For records where the Planning Item is set to Project, I see options like:

    • Open project workspace classic

    • Open project workspace new

    • Open project status report

But when the Planning Item is set to Demand, these workspace options are not available.
Even basic actions like “Open demand” are limited compared to project records.

I've attached screenshots showing this difference.

Which "Workspace" would you expect to be opening for a Demand? There is no Demand Workspace.
