Non-admin users can’t upload a file to an attachment-type catalog variable on a catalog task in the Service Operations Workspace. While uploading shows “Unable to upload file. Please try again.” An admin can upload the same file to the same task without any problem, and classic view works as a workaround for now. The user has the snc_internal role,itil and is active, so we’re trying to find which ACL or role requirement blocks the save.
