Hi @AfifU
Key KPIs for executive reviews are:
- Strategic Alignment: Proportion of projects, requests, and epics that are directly tied to strategic objectives, ensuring efforts contribute to intended outcomes.
- Investment Split: Distribution of budget between growth-focused initiatives and day-to-day operational support, typically assessed over a year.
- Value Realization / ROI: Measurement of actual business value or financial returns compared to what was initially forecasted for completed initiatives.
- Resource Utilization & Bottlenecks: Evaluation of available capacity against demand to identify whether there’s room for new initiatives or signs of overextension.
- Execution Method Distribution: Percentage breakdown of work delivered through Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall approaches to monitor progress in delivery practices.
