Hi Team,
I am working on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) in a Personal Developer Instance (PDI).
I have created a portfolio and multiple projects and associated those projects to the same portfolio. The projects are in Approved state and the planned start and end dates fall within the portfolio planning period.
I have also created and approved a Portfolio Plan for the portfolio.
However, when I open Strategic Planning Workspace → Lenses → Portfolio Lens, I am still not able to see the projects or investments for that portfolio.

Hi Buddy,
This usually happens because the Portfolio Lens only shows what’s actually included in a Portfolio Plan, not everything that’s linked to the portfolio.
Even though your projects are approved, have the right dates, and are associated to the portfolio, they won’t appear in the Portfolio Lens until they are explicitly added to the Portfolio Plan. Creating and approving the plan by itself doesn’t automatically pull projects in.
You need to open the Portfolio Plan, go to the plan contents (or investments), and manually add the projects there. After that, refresh or re-approve the plan so the snapshot updates.
Once the projects are part of the plan, they’ll show up in Strategic Planning Workspace → Portfolio Lens.
In short: portfolio = container, portfolio plan = what’s actually visualized. If it’s not in the plan, the lens can’t see it.

Hi @SahanaJ is your internal integrations turned on? Can you verify if the project planning items are created successfully?
