I wonder if anyone has gone through this challenge, that could offer some recommendations please?
We have a number of projects within our SPM module, most of which have risks defined at the project level. We'd like to achieve the following with the project risks:
1) Aggregate and summarize all project risks up to a portfolio level, so that we can identify the most critical risks amongst our projects. This will help identify dependencies, trends etc
2) Ideally, to visually show all projects risks on a heatmap, at a portfolio level. This will with communication to leadership and stakeholders.
3) Have the ability to utilise a portfolio level risk register, which is separate to project risk registers. This will again help communicate and manage portfolio/enterprise level risk to leadership and stakeholders.
I have looked briefly at the GRC module, but that appears to be quite an in-depth module for what we're looking to achieve above.
Would appreciate any pointers that anyone can offer.
