I am looking for some way to track what changes are being made in projects so that it is easy to see what drives any change to milestone dates. At the moment, it doesn't appear that we can track this from the task level.

Other PM tools have an audit log that shows who made a change and when, this can be used to work out why end dates have moved. I can't find anything like this in SPM.

We've had a go at using a report, but we can't get anything like a daily change log.

Any ideas?

I have managed to create a dashboard that shows all tasks updated in a time period and group them together, so it should be possible to track down any changes that impact on milestones/delivery dates.

I would like to know if anyone else is doing this.
