When I create a Project Template in ServiceNow, I can see that the Default Template and Template Values are stored as payloads.
However, when I modify a template element value, such as Duration, the change is not reflected in the Default Template payload.
Could someone please clarify:
Where and how is the Default Template payload generated?
Is this behavior OOB in ServiceNow?
Should changes to template element values automatically update the Default Template payload?
Any guidance on the OOB logic responsible for this would be appreciated.
