I'm wondering if anyone has experience with the following issues and may be able to share some pointers:
When an existing Operational Assignment is modified for a user from the Resource Management Workspace:
- A new 'Project Allocated' entry is created in the Group Resource Allocation Monthlies table for the user, and does not contain a related Task
- The Hours added to this task is a sum of all other Project Allocated Hours for that user during that period
When a new Operational Assignment is created from the Resource Management Workspace for a user:
- The same Resource Plan (RPLN) number is used for multiple users with the same Operational work type (eg. KTLO)
- If the Operational Assignment type is changed to a different type, it uses a different RPLN number (but, again for multiple users with the same Operational Assignment)
- Due to the above, Users can submit Timecards based on the Resource Plan number (which may not be for the correct Operational Assignment)
If anyone has any ideas or could point me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.
