Resource Management Workspace Error

Hi All,

 

We are receiving the following error when attempting to make a change on a resource assignment via the Resource Management Workspace:  https://www.servicenow.com/community/servicenow-ai-platform-forum/error-org-mozilla-javascript-evalu...

 

The assignment is for .75 FTE over a period of time but for one week, the hours need to be adjusted -- if the assignment is made via an % FTE, can the hours be adjusted for one week without impacting the entire % assignment?

 

Any thoughts, suggestions........  TIA

Yes, that is possible. You can make changes to one week using the grid.
