Resource Management Workspace - SPM Standard or Pro required?

Hi all,

I am wondering which exact license is requried for the Resource Management Workspace in Yokohama.
Is SPM Standard sufficient or is SPM Pro required?

I am confused especially because of following 2 store resource pages:

1. App "sn_rm_ws" with version 3.0.0 (no longer supported in Yokohama) is documented as 'Free' Pricing
