Scenario Planning taking too long to complete approvals and conversion.

I've noticed this issue in more than one instance. When you create a scenario plan and go approve it and select that the demands should be converted to projects, it takes a very long time to get completed and this is not ideal when you have planners having conversions in meetings and needing to work on the resulting records e.g. to allocate budget. The messaging that shows (attached) says "it will take a few seconds or minutes", but this is not the case at all. One record gets approved and converted and the others, you have to wait for (I've waited days). How can this be resolved?

Hi @TJ23 Ideally it should be finished in minutes and not days. Could you please share the count of demands being converted to projects on approval?
Have you raised a support case reporting the performance slow down.

Hello @Vinay3 . Thanks for the reply. The client just went live for a pilot. They have currently I think 50 demands, however the planning team was testing bulk approval via scenario planning on 3 demands at a time. Each time, only 1 gets approved immediately and the others taking hours. In fact by EOD yesterday, the others had not been converted. This is not an issue with only this customer. I believe I've also seen this in my PDI multiple times and in some instances I was using for demo.
Re support ticket. I've asked the customer's platform team to submit a HI ticket.
