[ServiceNow Xanadu] Cost Plan: Budgeted Cost

I have a ServiceNow Xanadu question related to Status Report > Cost > Cost Details > Budgeted cost > $0.00. In general, it seems the Other Opex cost type populates as $0.00 even though I've updated my cost plans. How do I get my status report to reflect the amount budgeted in my cost plan instead of ServiceNow generating expense lines, e.g., EXP#######, with $0.00 Budgeted cost?
