SPM Resource Time Splitting

I am having issues within SPM resource and tasks splitting assigned time.  When selecting "split time" I cannot reassign those hours to a new resource.  I am forced to delete the records and recreate new assignments.

Hi, you can only reassing when the users having same primary attributes and hours are allocated based on the availabiltiy of those date ranges

Hello @dgudex - In order to split time, you would have to assign the split item to a resource that matches the same attributes. The only blocker for not allowing to reassign and split hours is when actuals are attached to that work item.
