I am trying to get Strategic Planning Workspace setup to view OOTB functionality. I have a developer instance running and have installed the Strategic Planning (sn_apw_advanced) and Portfolio Planning (sn_align_ws) applications. I can see Strategic Planning Workspace, but cannot perform any actions. I went to assign roles to my users, but appears from
this article that upon installation, the Strategic planning workspace roles were not installed or created. So, I am unable to assign users to those roles.
Specific roles missing are the Strategic planning workspace roles:
- Strategic Planning Workspace admin [sn_align_core.apw_admin]
- Strategic Planning Workspace user [sn_align_core.apw_user]
- sn_align_core.ap_read_only
- Milestones editor [sn_milestones.milestone_editor]
- Milestones viewer [sn_milestones.milestone_viewer]
I have troubleshot by repairing, uninstalling, reinstalling, verifying dependencies have all been met. How can this be fixed?
