status report template is not loading in new project workspace on template center page

Hi ,

 

After upgrading to Zurich, when I open the Status Report page in a new project workspace and attempt to create a new status report using “Create New from Template”, the Template Center does not display any templates.

does anyone faced same issue? please help me to sort this out

Hi @arjshubh , 

I checked this behavior on my PDI running the Zurich release (zurich-07-01-2025__patch4-11-14-2025_12-03-2025_1405) with Project Workspace version 6.2.4, and the templates load correctly in the Project Workspace > Status Report > Create New from Template .

I’d suggest the following checks on your side: 

  1. Verify the Project Workspace version 
    Make sure you’re running the latest Project Workspace version compatible with Zurich. 
  2. Check if the issue is environment-specific 
    Confirm whether this happens across all environments (Dev/Test/Prod) or only in a specific one. 
  3. Repair the Project Workspace plugin 
    Try repairing the Project Workspace plugin in a lower environment (like Dev) and re-test. 

If the issue persists after these steps, it may be worth checking for any Zurich-specific patches or known issues related to the Template Center on the Now Support.
