Strategic Planning Workspace-Duplicate Emails Using @mention in Demand Work Notes
Recently implemented Strategic Planning Workspace (SPW).
- We now get duplicate emails sent out for anyone who is @ mentioned in a demand work note.
- We DO NOT get a duplicate email sent out for anyone who is @ mentioned in a project work note.
To our knowledge, no changes we made to Email Notification Setup or Business Rules or Scripts.
Looking for feedback on why we are seeing these duplicate emails.
