Tests Management 2.0 and Projects? What's the connection?

Hi all,

We are currently in the process of implementing Test Management 2.0 and also Projects/Agile Development in Q2. I'm trying to figure out if Test Plans or Execution Suites interact with Projects but can't quite figure it out. I know that you can add a test to a story and that stories can be attached to projects (which is how we will use stories) but is there any way to attach a test plan to a project? We love the idea of creating different phases for a larger testing effort but what is the point of creating a test plan at all if we can't map it to a project and only map it to a story?

We are wondering if we should even use test plans in the future if we can't attach them to a project?

Does anyone have any insight in this?

THANK YOU!!

Sierra

You can create a test project phase on a project from the project workbench, then add the test cases related to the project to the phase.
