Time Sheet Portal Other Tab configuration

On the Time Sheet Portal, we have several tabs like Tasks, Group Tasks and Other. In this tabs, the Other tab is only visible and accessible for the employees, it is not accessible for the employee type as contractor. 

 

Need to understand whether this has been restricted by any conditions and how it is configured in the ServiceNow platform.

Hi @Tamilvanan T 

I think Roles: Assign necessary roles, ensuring the [snc_external] role is applied for restricted access for the Other tab employee type as contract

The Other tab displays cards used to log time for operational work, such as administration, meeting, and KTLO.
