Unable to install "Strategic Planning" Application

When I was trying to install "Strategic Planning" Application in my pdi instance, it was giving error, dependencies "Portfolio Planning" needs to be installed. 

But when I tried to Install the "Portfolio Planning" application, it is giving the error "Application version is currently installed (Http Response: 400)".

Please let me know how to resolve this.

if you select a lower version, how are the dependencies looking?

@GlideFather I don't have option to choose the version. Only latest version is visible in the list. Please check screenshot below.

And if you try to install the Portfolio planning plugin first?

I just tried to install in my PDI and it was successful:

I have tried it. It is giving the error "Application version is currently installed (Http Response: 400)". Check screenshot.
