When I was trying to install "Strategic Planning" Application in my pdi instance, it was giving error, dependencies "Portfolio Planning" needs to be installed.
But when I tried to Install the "Portfolio Planning" application, it is giving the error "Application version is currently installed (Http Response: 400)".
Please let me know how to resolve this.
Thanks in advance!

@ManasiK10459800 this is really strange :// I am running out of ideas...
if it is a PDI, then consider exporting data as a backup to release and request a new one.
If it is a standard instance, then go to Support Portal and create a case.

Hi Manas,
I'm getting the same error as well. Did you have any luck resolving this?
Have escalated to ServiceNow, hoping they can shed some light. If I resolve this I will let you know.

Hi Michael,
No, I was unable to resolve it. So, I just released that PDI instance and requested for new one.
However, let me know if you get resolution.

Hi @Michael H ,
Maybe the PDI already have the Portfolio Planning installed but not up-to-date.
To give it a try - Can you please go to All Available Applications -> All and search for the Portfolio Planning and search for the Portfolio Planning in your PDI (rather than trying it from the store).
You may find that update is available.
Please share if this works.
Thank You!

I also have this phenomenon in a sub-prod instance. However I get the error when trying to install an update for an already installed app "Employee Center". So I expect that installing an update will also not resolve @ManasiK10459800 problem.
