When I was trying to install "Strategic Planning" Application in my pdi instance, it was giving error, dependencies "Portfolio Planning" needs to be installed.
But when I tried to Install the "Portfolio Planning" application, it is giving the error "Application version is currently installed (Http Response: 400)".
Please let me know how to resolve this.

In my case the problem is, that even though a newer version is available, I can only chose the currently installed version for the update. Hence the update fails with given message.
I assume I have to install another update first as a parent dependency. All named dependencies are installed but not up to date. So I will check on them first and hope this will fix the problem.
