Hello - I am having issues with a user seeing incidents assigned to the service desk. They are told they do not have permission to view the "My Incidents" report as shown in the attached image. How can I work through this to resolve the issue? Thanks!

Hello @WeighedBrass95 ,

Does it is created through platform analytics ? If yes then check does you have  pa_viewer role  and if its incidents list data visualization then also check itil role as well .

If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept a solution.

Hi @WeighedBrass95

  • Open the report, click the Sharing (padlock) icon or drop-down next to the Save button.
  • Set the visibility to Everyone, or specifically add the required users, groups, or roles.
  • Click Save to apply the changes
