Visualizing a Risk Assessment Matrix

Hi, all.

Does anyone have a good solution for graphically visualizing a Risk Assessment Matrix in SPM for RIDACs?

I'm referring to THIS kind of visualization:

I know GRC does this kind of visualization (found it in the docs), but not in SPM.

Heatmap does not cut it, as it only does shades of a single colour.

Bubble Chart configuration does not work, because it only does quadrants, not three-by-three or four-by-four.

I also can't find a suitable visualization in the new UI Components Library.

The only implementation approach I would see at the moment is a custom HTML widget, e.g. embedded in the project status report page.

Has anyone built something similar? What was the solution?
