Workspace List UI Actions configuration on record selection

Hi, I am trying to add List UI actions in project workspace, for example on the list of Time Cards, when records are selected, would like to have UI actions like submit time card, approve, and reject.  Can anyone help with this task?

Add custom ui Action on the required table ,

List context menu - true

 

Under workspace tab,

  1. Check "Format for Configurable Workspace": Check this box. Saving the record will automatically create the necessary UX Form Action and UX Form Action Layout Item records that the workspace uses.
  2. (For Advanced/Specific Layouts) Configure in UI Builder
    • For the Project Workspace list menu action, the configuration is often tied to the specific UX Action Configuration for the Planning or Details pages.
    • Navigate to Now Experience Framework > Declarative Actions > Action Assignments. You may need to create a new Declarative Action and associate it with your UI Action.
