wrap up time on interaction is not showing

Wrap up time on interaction is not showing even when the configuration has the setting to display wrap up timer to user as active. Has any one faced this issue before?

I just checked its available only on CSM configurable workspace. Any chance we can display it on Service Operations Workspace?
