Position Classification Title | Systems Administrator, Sr. |
Job Summary | Under general direction, the ITSM Administrator, Sr. (ServiceNow) position is responsible for executing the long-term vision of the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) tool within the ITS Service Delivery Team. This position is the lead application developer and is responsible for the workflow design, deployment, maintenance, support, scripting, operations and enhancements of the ITSM ServiceNow platform and associated applications. |
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Personal Characteristics | Knowledge of disciplined software release build/deploy processes |
Minimum Qualifications | Bachelor's degree; supplemented with five to eight (5-8) years with ServiceNow administration/development experience, with two of those years serving in a help desk or related environment. ITIL V3 Foundation certification required. ServiceNow administrator certification and experience working in an ITIL environment preferred. |
