Recap of Today's SNUG Workshop: Moving to Dashboards and the Future of Platform Analytics

Dear SNUG members,

Today, we had the pleasure of hosting two ServiceNow experts, Marta Penzo and Robert-Jan Barmentloo, who shared valuable insights. THANKS!!

Marta showcased the Homepage Deprecation tool, which proved to be a handy solution for retiring homepages and converting them into dashboards in a visible manner. The tool allows for efficient management of this transition with the support of statistics and figures. We also discussed the future integration of dashboard data refresh functionality in upcoming ServiceNow versions, addressing user feedback. (Attached presentation)

Additionally, Robert-Jan Barmentloo delivered a presentation on the Performance Analytics experience. He demo the impressive capabilities of the analytics libraries and emphasized their ease of use for both experts and users. (attached presentation)
