Hi everyone   The Service Management team at CERN, with the incredible support of Thomas Spillard from ServiceNow, we are organizing a hands-on ServiceNow Workshop focused on Workspaces and the Next Experience — and we’d love to invite all SNUG members to join us!   At CERN, we’re currently using UI16 and getting ready to move to Workspaces,  Next Experience.
