Hi SNUG Romandie community!
I’m thrilled to announce that we’re organizing a physical SNUG event, hosted by DXC as a ServiceNow customer. This is a fantastic opportunity for all ServiceNow users to showcase how they use the platform, discuss the modules they leverage, share challenges, successes, and even lessons learned.
The event will take place at the historic Octagon Geneva, a venue with a great amphitheater and facilities for both sessions and parallel labs.
We’re preparing this event together with Sabra Delferrard, whose enthusiasm is contagious! The DXC team is excited to present their Employee Connect portal, supporting the employee experience within their organization, and to share their ServiceNow journey, further details coming...

Would you like to share your experience with the SNUG community? We are looking for speakers to present how they use ServiceNow, the modules they work with, their challenges, successes, and lessons learned.
- Presentation format: 12 to 20 minutes, followed by discussions and Q&A.
