Invitation for the Swiss ServiceNow User Group Meeting on Wednesday March 16, 2016

Abraxas Informatik AG welcomes the members of the SNUG Switzerland this time in Zürich.

All ServiceNow Customers are invited to join and take the chance to network and learn.

The aim and special focus of this SNUG is:

- To welcome new customers recently went live or are about going live and give them a voice. Let us know what you did or what your plans are with Service-now.

- To see, what the less new customers can present from their environments. Share your experience on a topic you recently worked on.

Take the chance to share and learn and to be curious.

Presentation block for contributions from new Customers joined the last 12 months (Idea is to present about 5 to 10 Minutes) interrupted by a 15 minute break.

Take the chance and let the SNUG members know what you did or what your plans are with Service-now. Usually a SNUG Member can help...

Buffet lunch and informal exchange

13:30 to 16:00

Presentation block for 3 - 4 contributions interrupted by a 30 minute break.

16:00 Closing notes and end of the event.

Besten Dank für Ihre Anmeldung an der SNUG in Zürich am 16.3.2016 teilzunehmen.

Ziel dieser SNUG ist es:

- die neuen Kunden zu Wort kommen zu lassen.

- auch die weniger neuen Kunden zu motivieren einen Beitrag zu gestalten.

Um dieses Ziel zu erreichen ist Ihr Engagement erforderlich.

Bereiten sie einen kurzen Beitrag (10 — 15 Minuten) vor um den anderen Teilnehmern einen Einblick zu geben wie sie mit Service-now arbeiten, welche Ziele sie verfolgen u.a.m.

Haben Sie Fragen oder Punkte die Sie gerne in der Gruppe diskutieren wollen? Stellen sie die Frage in der Community und wir greifen das Thema dann auf.

Gibt es eine spezifische Anforderung die gerade beschäftigt?

Machen Sie sich Gedanken über den nächsten Schritt mit Service-now?

Teilen sie solche und vor allem auch ihre weiteren Gedanken und Themen mit in der User Group. Dazu ist sie da.

Die Agenda des kommenden Treffens sieht vor, dass am Vormittag von mindestens vier bis fünf Teilnehmern Kurzbeiträge beigesteuert werden.

Auch Beiträge für die Nachmittagssession sind noch erforderlich. Für die Nachmittagssessions sind auch Beiträge die ein Thema vertiefen möglich (Beiträge mit einer Dauer von 30 — 45 Minuten).

Entscheiden sie sich noch heute und melden in der Community ihren Beitrag an.

Die Durchführung des Treffens ist abhängig von ihren Beiträgen.

The aim of this SNUG is:

To achieve this goal your commitment is required.

Prepare a short post (10 - 15 mins) to give the other participants an insight into how you work with service now, what your objectives are and many others.

Are you concerned about the next step with service now?

Share such topics and moreover your own ideas and topics in the user group. Thats why the SNUG is here.

The agenda of the upcoming meeting requires that during the morning at least four to five participants contribute short posts.

Also posts for the afternoon session are needed. For the afternoon sessions are also posts welcome to cover a more complex topic (posts with a duration of 30 - 45 minutes).

The meeting depends on your contribution.
