How JumpStart works

Built by Lumify Work in partnership with ServiceNow, JumpStart blends the flexibility of self-paced content with the support structure that makes instructor-led training so effective.

Each week, you work through practical, hands-on content at your own pace — then come together with your cohort for a live one-hour session led by a certified ServiceNow expert. You get your questions answered, your understanding sharpened, and the motivation that comes from learning alongside others.

Five weeks. 2–3 hours per week. You're never on your own.

And at the end of it? You'll be exam-ready — with a discounted CSA voucher waiting for you at just $250 AUD (ex GST). That's half what you'd normally pay.

What you'll be able to do

By the end of the program, you'll have hands-on capability to:

• Configure the ServiceNow interface and key applications
• Manage users, roles, groups, and access controls
• Customise tables, forms, and lists for real business needs
• Support core ITSM processes — Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog
• Build automations using Flow Designer and business rules
• Create dashboards and reports that drive decisions
• Complete a real-world capstone project — the kind you can talk to in an interview
