What an administrator does -- It's not just keeping the lights on

This mind map attempts to capture all of a system administrators responsibilities, including training.  As some organizations don't really value or understand this role, I wanted to try to show the breadth.  Once one sees the scope of what is entailed, it's not just keeping the lights on.  It's a full time role in most organizations if it is done correctly.  If you have feedback or additions, please list them in the comments!
