Assistance Required for testing steps : SMS Email Notification Setup in ServiceNow

Hello,
I am currently working on configuring SMS Email Notifications in ServiceNow, based on the steps outlined in this ServiceNow article, which explains how to enable SMS notifications via email-to-text.

However, I’m unable to locate Step 4 in the referenced article. Please refer to the attached screenshot highlighting the missing section.
I’m testing this setup using airtelap.com as the SMS gateway domain (Airtel service provider) and have included the +91 country code while entering the mobile number. Although the message appears successfully in the email logs, no SMS has been received on the mobile device.
If anyone has encountered a similar issue or has experience working with Airtel as the SMS gateway, I would greatly appreciate your support and insights.

Please  check  the article in Article Point number 4, mentioned I was talking about that screenshot  

"Enable the SMS device and the SMS Notification in User Notification Preference"

I am unable to see this view on my instance but I have on a notification for mobile as you can see below img
