Business rules are not executed in the event TBL[sysevent].

I'm implementing an event-triggered script action.

I want to implement a process that automatically retries if an error occurs during event generation.
I considered monitoring the event table [sysevent] using a business rule and re-generating the event if an error occurs (within the maximum number of repetitions).

However, it seems that business rules are not executed on the event table.

Are there any other good automatic recovery methods?
