Change request blocks the MS Teams calendar for the entire duration between start & end time.

Hi Folks,

In ServiceNow Change Management, when a Change Request is created and moved to schedule state, it blocks the entire time slot between the start and end time on the MS Teams calendar, making it appear as if the whole duration is unavailable or "busy."

Kindly suggest on how to make customizations to this so that instead of showing as busy, we can change it to "show as Free" on MS Teams.

Thanks in advance

Hi @VinitShrivastav,

can you share any of your configurations? your question is too abstract to give you any answers..

Hi @GlideFather

In ServiceNow Change Management, when a Change Request is moved to schedule state, it blocks the entire time slot on the MS Teams calendar between the planned start and planned end time mentioned on the change request, making the implementor's MS Team's calendar appear as unavailable or "busy" for the whole duration.

This creates confusion for other teammates who want to schedule a meeting with the change implementor, as the implementor's entire calendar seems busy / unavailable.

Kindly suggest on how to make customizations to this so that instead of showing as "busy", we can change it to "show as Free" on MS Teams.

Hello @VinitShrivastav,
ah and how is this achieved? is it some spoke in IntegrationHub or how is it connected?
