If you're helping manage a custom application the likeliest best cert is hte CAD: Certified Application Developer.
However, I want to be super clear. Certs and actual skill are two different things. The most important thing for you is to understand how the platform works, and there's nothing like building on a personal developer instance to get that skill up.

Hi @RajbeerK
As a ServiceNow trainer, let me share my thoughts. You mentioned that you've already booked the CSA exam — that's a great step forward. The next logical milestone would be the CAD (Certified Application Developer) certification, which means you're considering the developer path.
There are several ways to approach this:
You can either take a dedicated CAD course or join a Developer Journey track. Both are valuable and recommended options to help you move to the next level in your ServiceNow career.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.
