Hi @maneeshkrup
Any mainline certification remains valid as long as you complete the required delta exams. What this means is that every year ServiceNow releases a delta exam aligned with the latest platform updates.
To keep your certification active, you need to:
- Pay the CMP (Certification Maintenance Program) fee
- Complete and pass the delta exam
Once you do this, your mainline certification will continue to remain valid.
Regarding the completion date, you can check it in your Now Learning profile under your certification details.

Hi @maneeshkrup,
You need to align all your certifications to the current ServiceNow version releases by completing the Delta Exams within the deadline by paying the Certification Maintenance Fee (CMP) fee.
You can view the completion date in the ServiceNow University - Credentials - Viewing or downloading a certificate of completion - Knowledge Portal.

Thank you Maneeshkrup for bringing this topic up to the top of "the stack". I am also looking at the CSA info and your question streamlined it for me.
