I found the CSA trainings and the text book to be the most helpful. I went through the video courses twice and read the text book about three times.

I recommend downloading the inkling app if possible to help with reading on the go!

the best way to prepare is to use the official SN materials and to pass/review it a couple of times.

ServiceNow recommends completing these training course(s) in preparation for the Certified System Administrator exam.

I notice the training materials that I have access to are for the Xanandu release. Do you what impact that has considered it is in Zurich currently?
