Description field getting clear without creating any history

Hi team ,

 

on project form we have short_description field . if user update this value somehow it is getting clear after some time and no logs have been maintained

in the screen shot u can see when iupdate this description value , it is getting cleared without creating any logs or history.

 

anyone has encountered this issue before.

some script is clearing

check business rule, flow on project table or flow on other table which might be clearing

Thanks for the response , if it is clearing via script can we see in history when it is clear.?

search that in history calendar or history list which shows the audit of that record

if that field is updating via business rule with setWorkflow(false) then that update won't be audited in sys_audit table

You can do one thing: when you load the form, just check the browser console at the bottom and see what scripts are running on that page. That will help you identify if any script is causing the issue.”
