In order to begin with ServiceNow Fundamentals
I need access to eBook
when I try to access it, it remains empty with error "Failed to load Inkdocs"
please help

I doubt we get ebook for SN fundamental as far as I remember it's for CSA only.
Better log a case with now learning and team can help.
Also when did you redeem this book and how?
