Flow All Stages not Showing in Requested Item

I can only see One stage in RITM. Other stages not showing.

Are your Stages added into your flow like the picture below?
If not, here is the docs page on how to add them

Having these set up in your flow will let them be shown on the Portal as long as you aren't using a completely custom Portal widget.
