Garbled characters in Document Viewer

I was using Document Viewer to check the contents of files.
After uploading multiple files at once, when I clicked the "View" link, garbled characters were displayed in the documents.
The problem did not go away even after waiting a while or logging out.
It was fixed by re-uploading, but I don't know what caused the garbled characters.
Even if the characters are garbled, I think it's not a problem as long as the correction process is carried out.
Will this go away with the passage of time?
Clearing my browser cache did not solve the problem, so I thought the cache might remain in a table somewhere.

The issue should not occur ideally.
