Hi ServiceNow,

I got a issue while creating new record and adding comment. I add comment and post it even i got error.

kindly resolve my issue.

I don't remember the context, Adela was a caller?

You are adding a comment with Platform User and I don't see the steps before to be sure who was supposed to post that comment - PU or AC?

Also, eventually try to create a new incident with all the given details WITHOUT the comment, save that incident, then add the comment and SAVE it..

Another thing to try - if you copy paste, be sure there's no blank space and it's really 1:1..

Sometimes it is instance issue, did you follow with right user impersonate.
