How do i create a oncall roster for my team?

I have a team of 57 members working 24 x 7 , what is the easy way to configure on call rota in SN?

Hi @User369709,

1. Install plugin the com.snc.on_call_rotation,
2. Create an On Call schedule (with a time zone, rotations with members and shift details)
3. Define the Rotations
4. Assign the On-call Schedule to Assignment group with the members
